The legal background for the processing of personal data according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google. Google uses the data collected to track and report traffic to our service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the data collected to personalize ads in its own advertising system.

You have the option to remove this usage by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. This prevents Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js and dc.js) from sharing visitor activity information with Google Analytics.

Payments

We offer payment for products in our service. For that purpose, we use third-party services to process payments.

We do not store or collect your debit card details. This type of information is sent directly to our third-party payment services. Your use of your personal information is subject to their privacy policy. These payment services follow the standards set by the PCI-DSS, which are headed by the PCI Security Standards Council. This advice is one created as a joint council of payment services such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. The requirements of PCI-DSS help in secure processing of payment information.

Privacy and children

Our service is not aimed at persons under 18 years of age (“children”).

We do not knowingly and intentionally collect personally identifiable information about persons under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected personal information about children without parental consent, we will remove such information from our servers.
